Oxford Training and Certification is an international hyperbaric medicine training organization.

The mission of Oxford Training and Certification is to ensure the safe, effective operation of hyperbaric medicine. We train and certify qualified professionals in various fields of hyperbaric medicine to maintain the highest standards and quality of care. Unlike other training and certification programs, we include private and free-standing hyperbaric centers and clinics, not just hospitals.

Free-standing and private hyperbaric clinics are independent healthcare facilities that provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) treatments. These facilities are not affiliated with hospitals or other healthcare institutions and often provide patients with more affordable and personalized care than they might find in hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Our training programs provide the highest quality training to all hyperbaric technicians and clinics so that all patients can have access to safe, effective, and accessible hyperbaric medicine.

Why Get Certified?

Our program is setting the bar for the practice of hyperbaric medicine! We set the highest standards for the safe and effective operation of hyperbaric chambers.

By achieving International Certified Hyperbaric Technologist (ICHT) certification, the world will know you have followed a vigorous training regimen and adhere to a strict code of conduct to deliver the best hyperbaric medicine care. Our ICHT certification program is the only certification program available specifically for free-standing and private hyperbaric clinics. It is highly recommended for hyperbaric technologists and other staff working in these clinics to obtain the ICHT certification to ensure safety and quality patient care.
